Concept

How it works:

We are here for your convenience! You can pull in from the West Side, off of Highway 118. Feel free to stop in and enjoy our lounge, whether outdoors or indoors. All products and items are easily visible from your driver's seat, and you can slowly drive through to visually shop for what you need. Our staff carries portable sales tablets, allowing the entire transaction to be completed through your driver's window. 


In the mornings, we serve delicious breakfast options, including our popular breakfast burritos. A digital screen displays all the available breakfast choices, and we strive to complete your transaction quickly as we know you have a limited amount of time! 


If you have more time, we invite you to check out our outdoor lounge and Hanger Event Area, where you can enjoy any of our products. The shaded outdoor seating is perfect for relaxation, and we offer a large beer selection to complement your experience. You can also catch live music and watch sports on the screens while savoring items from the food trucks in Alpine, TX, during our events.

TAILGATE & AFTER PARTIES

We host tailgate parties for every Sul Ross home game.  We start the tailgate party two hours before the game and then an after-party right after.  The parties consist of live DJ's and/or Live Band and Performers.  Bring your lawn chair and a shade or use our shaded seating area and come check it out!
